# Installation

We strive to make working with Tuna comfortable for everyone, both experienced users and beginners, so we support 2 clients:

1. Console utility **tuna-cli** - has a full set of features and integrations with the platform. A Swiss army knife in the hands of an experienced developer.
2. Desktop application **Tuna Desktop** - basic functionality for creating tunnels. Maximum simple installation, configuration and launch. Even your accountant can handle it.

🖌 Security and authenticity verification

All builds, signature files, public keys are available at the link - <https://tuna.am/releases/>

We focus on security, so we recommend verifying that you are using our official client builds. Starting from tuna cli version **0.27.4** and Tuna Desktop **v0.1.11**, all build artifacts, archives, packages, installers, checksum files and docker images are signed with our digital signature.

* Public **GPG** key for verification is distributed at the link - <https://releases.tuna.am/tuna.asc>
* Public [Cosign](https://docs.sigstore.dev/) key for Docker images verification - <https://releases.tuna.am/tuna-cosign.asc>

All tuna cli artifacts are signed with a **GPG** key, docker images using **cosign**. Tuna Desktop artifacts for Linux are also signed with a **GPG** key, for Windows and macOS using **cosign** and contain a `.bundle` file for easy verification.
