Tunnels

We impose a limit of 100 RPS (requests per second) per Host (domain) in HTTP tunnels. There are currently no other restrictions, such as monthly traffic volume, but they may appear in the near future. We make restrictions democratic; they are designed to ensure comfortable work for all users on shared resources.
